What could be happening here in this photo ? As far as my knowledge can tell me… I know that the law only certifies Citizens from the age 18 and above eligible to vote.
This child doesn’t look 18 though, or is it just his stature or what ? Could it be that they are testing the equipment or what ? I’m confused.
This is happening in Taraba State.
