Imo State Governor, Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha, Nigeria who won the 6 May 2011 gubernatorial election in Imo State is one Governor who is passionate about free education to all kids in his state.

The Governor who ran on the All Progressives Grand Alliance platform was spotted posing in a pair of school uniform as he posed with some kids in his state.
