According to ThisDay, APC may lose in Adamawa state, the hometown of the Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar because he refused to fund the party’s activities in the state.
Atiku is one of the wealthiest men in Adamawa state. But he refused to fund the party because he’s not in good terms with party governorship aspirant in the state, Alhaji Jibrilla Mohammad Bindow.
According to reports, Alhaji Bindow supported Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso of Kano state during the APC presidential primaries and bragged about how he will win without the support of Atiku.
APC Adamawa campaign team is short on funds and needs cash in order to campaign and yield positive result.
