rescheduled to hold on the 28th of March 2015, after it was shifted by the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, from its original February 14 date.
It can be recalled that there are at least 5 suits challenging the eligibility of President Jonathan to stand for re-election in different courts. Two of the cases have been referred to the Court of Appeal for adjudication while three others have been pending before Federal High Courts prior to this latest ruling.
