European golden boy award winner, Liverpool crown and glory, the future of English football, the new kop favorite are some of the words used to describe the 19 year old bundle of talent that is Raheem Sterling. Well you can add another name to that list and that is; New Chelsea target.
Chelsea are reportedly mauling over making an offer for the England international as they look to pry another forward out of the hands of Liverpool, after the last one did not work out so well. Sterling has been a bright light for Liverpool over the last two seasons and was heavily courted by Real Madrid in the summer. Real Madrid were ultimately unable to secure his services as he extended his Liverpool contract. A lot has changed since the summer however, Liverpool are no longer a top table club and they are out of the champions league, and these factors might influence the young man’s decision.
Chelsea’s valuation of the player will be defined by the Stamford Bridge outfit’s initial offer.
