The National Enquirer published the photo above in which Miley is seen working on her laptop with what appears to be a pile of cannabis, a rolled up bank note and a vial of white powder on a table in front of her.

This was taken at a 4am recording session in November, which was around the time she started dating Patrick Schwarzenegger.
