This is what presidential spokesperson Reuben Abati had to say about the two pictures:
I know this is all politics and i’m really not in support of any party but i think the spokesperson got the Borno state governor pretty clean here.
I recently saw Governor Shettima on the news during his visit to the displaced people’s camp in Borno state to offer them comfort and correct the mismanagement issues they were having, and i noticed he also behaved the same paying more attention to the cameras and less to the people.
Frankly, as an opinion, I don’t support this kind of governing. He has shown serious lack of dedication by being like this (even if he was unaware of it), an attitude shown by mostly all our politicians, even the president himself. Well he came out victorious on this issue so kudos to him.
Just my opinion people.
