Seyi Shay wore a very “nice” black, sheer completely see through dress to the Channel O Music Video Awards
which held on Saturday. The black dress showed her black bra and panties underneath and has started drawing some criticism already, notably from entertainment commentator, Charles Novia who spoke harshly to her but has later apoligized after being bashed by other celebrities.
