LOYALIST! Mikel Obi allegedly building an Estate in Lagos; Calls it CHELSEA ESTATE

We’ve got news that the footballer is supposedly building a mini estate at AJAH/Badore (new development area of Lagos). It’s been reported that both the midfielder and his partners which includes a bank are intending to build over 100 housing units containing 2/3/4 bedroom apartments, recreational facilities and a multipurpose hall. The midfielder plans to call the estate the name of his football club, “Chelsea Estate”. Construction of this project has already begun.
