UPDATE ON UISU WEEK 2014

Thurs Nov 27th – IVORY KING AND QUEEN. Tickets for this event are now
available for sale at the office of the SU Vice-President for a token
of #300. The earlier you get yours the better. Don’t be a learner.
As regards the forms for Mr & Miss UI. Do not waste away the beauty
God has behold you with. Who knows, you may just be the NEXT FACE OF
UI. The forms are still available for sale but very limited. Hurry up
now and get one and you can begin to walk around the campus as the
next Most Beautiful Girl In UI and The Most Handsome Guy In UI. The
form goes for #3500 only. To get yours, visit the office of the UISU
Vice-President. Again, don’t be a learner.
Friday 28th Nov – COOKING COMPETITION. This is a concept introduced to
make the 2014 UISU week more fun-filled. The idea is we are going to
have a representative from each hall of residence to represent that
hall. The winner will go home with fabulous prizes. Infact, “it’s
gonna be real fun”.
The question you may want to ask is “how do we get to participate?”
Very simple. Just get the form for a token of #1000 at the office of
the UISU Vice-President and then you are good to go.
Don’t hide that God-given talent in you. Come and unleash your
cullinary prowess in this competition, and then you can go home with a
lot of gifts.
Hurry up and get your form today and show that your hall has the best
cook on UI campus.
Sat 29th Nov – CAMPUS BLAST. This is one of the most anticipated day
during the SU week. We have plans not to disappoint you. Lots of
artists (within and outside UI) are coming to make your day. Don’t
dull !
Also, plans have been made to make stands available for sales of
popcorn, sharwama, chicken and chips, asun, suya, Chapman and
cocktails for that day. Oh ! You also need a stand for your business
on that day too ? Then visit the office of the SU Vice-President to
book for a space.
NB: This will be on a first come first serve basis as there are
limited spaces on ground. So hurry up now and book a stand for your
business.
The UISU week 2014 promises to be fully packaged and exciting. Don’t
do without telling at least three (3) people in a day about the week.
This makes it go viral.
REMEMBER: IT IS YOUR WEEK ! IT IS MY WEEK !! IT IS OUR WEEK !!!
Therefore, let’s make it as fun-filled as possible. The soft copies
for the posters are out. Download them and use them as your DPs and
Profile Pictures. Re-Broadcast our messages on the week. Tell your
friends about the SU week 2014. And together, we wil have a successful
Students’ Union Week.
Once again, the 2014 Students’ Union week takes place between Nov 23rd
to Nov 30th 2014. Tell your friends to tell their friends so that we
all can be friends.
