Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from Lamar Odom 10 months ago, which has left many wondering why the two are still legally married. Well, now the real reason might be coming out as a new report is claiming that Lamar Odom still hasn’t signed the document.
In a new report from People magazine, sources are claiming that Lamar Odom refuses to sign the divorce papers, despite Khloe desperately wanting to move on.
“He needs to sign papers and he won’t,” a source close to the Kardashians reportedly said.
To make matters worse, the source is claiming that in addition to refusing to sign the papers, Lamar sometimes disappears altogether.
“He disappears here and there, and she can’t find him. She just wants to move on,” the source alleges.
Thankfully there are other options for Khloe as she can file a Request to Enter a Default, which will allow her to get a divorce if the other person goes missing or just doesn’t respond to the new request within 30 days.
Since she is not requesting spousal support from Lamar, the process will be a lot easier.
